Shipping Policy — Piston & Pace Magazine

Piston & Pace is a quarterly publication. Orders are processed and shipped in alignment with each issue’s release schedule, rather than on a rolling basis.

Issues are published and fulfilled as follows:

  • Spring Issue — Ships in March

  • Summer Issue — Ships in June

  • Fall Issue — Ships in September

  • Winter Issue — Ships in December

All orders placed within a given quarter will be included in that issue’s shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Piston & Pace is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Local Delivery: local delivery is only applicable in certain areas in the Houston Texas area. Delivery will occur in each issues respective shipping month listed above. Delivery can be expected during regular business hours, Monday through Friday during regular business hours 9am through 5pm central time. Delivery fee is nonrefundable and is not recommended for subscriptions. We will make one attempt to hand-deliver your order directly to the recipient whenever possible. If no one is available to accept delivery at the time of arrival, the package will be left in a secure location at the delivery address, and the delivery will be considered complete.
